Cancellation & Refund Policy (B2B Purchase)

 

B2B VLLO Premium Purchase Refund Policy​​​​

1. Refund Within 7 Days of Payment

  • A full refund is available if the cancellation is requested within 7 days of the payment date.

2. Refund After 7 Days of Payment

  • A refund is available after deducting the usage fee from the total contract amount, followed by an additional deduction of 10% of the remaining balance as a cancellation penalty.

    • (Note: If the calculated final refund amount is negative, the contract can be terminated without any additional payment required.)

3. Special Provisions for Lifetime Pass

  • Validity & Refund Standard: While the Lifetime Pass has no expiration on usage, the standard period (useful life) for refund and penalty calculations is defined as 3 years (36 months). Therefore, refunds are not available if more than 3 years have passed since the payment date.

  • Cancellation within 3 Years: If cancellation is requested within 3 years of the payment date, the refund will be issued after deducting: ① the usage fee up to the cancellation date, and ② a penalty of 10% of the remaining value.

4. Deduction Calculation Method (Lifetime Pass)

The deduction amounts are calculated as follows:

  • Usage Fee (Amount Used): Calculated on a pro-rata daily basis using the B2B website's monthly subscription price (500 KRW).

    • Usage Fee = Days Used X (500KRW / 30 days)

  • Cancellation Penalty: 10% of the remaining value (corresponding to the remaining period relative to the 3-year standard) will be deducted.

    • Penalty = (Total Payment Amount - Usage Fee) X 10%
