Payment for VLLO Premium is made in the store and is charged to the account logged in to the store at the time.
Restoration (linking) of purchases is possible only when you use the store provided by a device with the same OSand use the same ID (store account) as at the time of purchase.
Therefore, purchases made on iOS (App Store) and Android (Play Store), which do not use the same store, cannot be restored (linked).
Also, if you use a different account than the one that made the purchase, it will not be restored (linked).
If you use a different account for personal reasons (account deletion, account change), your purchases cannot be moved and you will not receive a refund.
ex) iOS ↔ iOS (O) / Android ↔ Android (O) / iOS ↔ Android (X)
Subscriptions (weeks/months/years), including 3-day free trials, will automatically renew due to the nature of a “subscription” product, even if the app is uninstalled or not used,unless canceled within the period.
If you cancel before the renewal date, you will still be able to use it until the expiration date of the previously paid period.
* 3-day free trial: Included in the 'Annual Subscription' product, not a separate product, and automatically renews as an annual subscription if not canceled within the period.
All subscription products, including free trials, must be canceled manually at least 24 hours before the renewal date if you do not wish to renew after starting .
This is always prominently displayed at the bottom of the storefront in VLLO, and is also officially disclosed in the in-app Help, Terms of Use, and Terms of Service.
In addition, when you sign up for a free trial or subscription, the store (App store/Play store) will also notify you of the subscription/renewal process and will ask for your consent before proceeding.

If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the premium for the period you have already paid for.

We are unable to issue refunds for subscriptions that are renewed due to a failure to cancel within the period.
You will need to cancel your subscription personally in the store using the methods below.

On iOS
Open the iPhone Settings app.
Tap your name (profile) at the top.
Tap 'Subscriptions'.
Tap the subscription you want to manage.
Tap 'Cancel subscription'.
On Android
Open the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone or tablet.
Make sure that you're signed in with the Google account that made the payment.
Tap Payments and recurring payments.
Select the recurring payment you'd like to cancel.
Tap 'Cancel recurring payment'.
Follow the instructions.
There is currently no full PC version.
💻 Mac
However, since MacBook and iMac equipped withApple's M1/M2 chipsare released to install mobile-only appsthat are only available on iPhone and iPad, it is possible to download VLLO for mobile (iPhone & iPad).
This is why the App store has a “Designed for iPad. Not verified for mac OS” on the app store.
However, because it is a mobile-only app, many issues are often encountered when using the app on an M1/M2 Macbook or iMac that do not occur in the mobile environment (e.g., app freezes, extraction failures, etc.).
Since the app is only available for mobile, we recommend using it on iPhone and iPad .
💻 Windows
VLLO does not provide a Windows PC version.
Therefore, if you use intermediary devices such as Bluestacks, LD player, Nox, Dex, or download unknown links, illegal APK files, etc.
(Black screen after extraction, unable to extract, unable to restore purchases, unable to make purchases, app freezes, etc.)
For such errors, we are unable to identify the problem and cannot help you resolve it.
Please use the VLLO app in a mobile environment (cell phone, tablet PC).

VLLO is importing files from your device's Photos app into your project as is.
This means that if you delete media you've added to your project, or if it's stored on iCloud serversand can't be loadednormally
If the media cannot be loaded normally, you will see an error message like the one above.
Try the following solutions and then try to enter the project.
1. If you deleted the original file
Restore the deleted file from the Photos app.
2. If you didn't delete the photo from your device's Photos app
1. go to your device's Settings > Photos > Disable iCloud Photos and reboot the app
2. go to your device's Apple ID > iCloud > Disable [Photos] in apps that use iCloud and reboot the app
< Android >
VLLO is importing files stored in your device's Gallery app directly into your project.
If you delete the original file from your device's Gallery app, change the location of the file, etc,
You'll see an error message pop up when you enter the project saying “Original media not found”.
If you deleted the media from your photo library, restore the media from the trash and try to enter the project again.
If you have changed the location where the media is stored, please move it back to the previous location.
Alternatively, after entering the project, use the [Replace] function to import the relocated media and then proceed with editing.
VLLO only links premium purchases and does not automatically link (synchronize) in-app data, including projects.
It has nothing to do with the store account where you purchased the premium.
In addition, even if you synchronize using the synchronization program provided by the device itself (iOS - Migration Assistant / Android - Smart Switch), you will not be able to synchronize your
VLLO app installation history will be synchronized, but the data stored in the app will not be synchronized.
VLLO provides the ability to add external files.
Only files stored in your device's Files app (internal memory) can be imported.
To add external music
Tap Background Music or Sound Effects.
You can add music stored in your device's internal memory through [MY] - [Load from File] at the top of the category.
Adding an external font
Tap [Fonts]
You can add font files stored in your device's internal memory via [File] - [Add from File] at the top of the category.
